Allied London announced its updated vision for Enterprise City, based on the significant progress made in just one year, since its initial launch last April. Leeds Dock hosts 2018 Waterfront Festival

Over 15,000 people turned out to attend the 11th annual Leeds Waterfront Festival in June, hosted at Leeds Dock. Central to the festivities were the Dragon Boat Races, in which 18 teams competed for the title to become Radio Aire Leeds Dock Dragon Boat Champion 2018. Team Konnect, who completed the course in just 52 seconds, were crowned champion for the third year running. Plans approved for landmark Old Granada Studios redevelopment

The iconic Old Granada Studios (OGS) – a key cultural and commercial asset within Allied London’s St. John’s masterplan – received revised planning consent from Manchester City Council on 21 May 2018.
