Leeds Dock is creative waterfront estate where innovation, culture and enterprise come together to create a place that brings a new dimension to Leeds South Bank. It’s a hub for the community and provides a vibrant destination for digital and creative industry to thrive. It’s also a place to enjoy a unique programme of year-round events and relax in independent bars, restaurants and cafes.
In 2012 Allied London bought what was then known as Clarence Dock. The vision was to take the existing area and re-brand, re-invest and create Leeds’ first tech, media and creative industries hub: Leeds Dock.
Allied London’s placemaking strategy has established Leeds Dock as a key destination in the city for enterprise, community and culture. Today, Leeds Dock has a strong portfolio of contemporary creative workspace, complemented by independent food and drink operators, a yoga studio, a progressive gym and the Royal Armouries Museum. Leeds Dock is proud to be home of eleven digital and tech companies, as well as Sky’s digital HQ, whose building won the 2017 British Council for Offices Award for Innovation.

Leeds Dock has over 1,800 residents, an on-site workforce in excess of 2,000, and the Leeds team work closely with key stakeholders and cultural partners such as the Lumen Prize, Light Night and the Royal Armouries to provide a programme of cultural events and activity across the estate and throughout the city.
