Award-winning property developers, Allied London are to launch their new St. John’s development suite on the site of the Old Granada Studios next week, with a public consultation on the project and its latest developments.
The event, which will take place on 28th July from 2-8pm, will review the revised St. John’s Strategic Regeneration Framework, including updates on Factory, St. John’s Place, Old Granada Studios, The Bonded Warehouse and the public realm as well as the launching of new concepts, Enterprise City, Campfield Market and Central Village.
The preceding Create St. John’s event was held in June 2015, and the masterplan has since been updated to include an improved mixture of uses, greater community benefits and enhanced public realm.
The event will see a talk from Allied London’s Chief Executive, Michael Ingall at 5.30pm, who will lead on the story of St. John’s evolution across the past 12 months.
