Our development activity is focused on undertaking impactful placemaking projects, where we can create a new story, from the re-use and re-adaption of existing buildings to the creation of entirely new neighbourhoods. We already have an impressive portfolio of real estate projects including workspace, hospitality, residential and mixed-use properties, but we continually aim to set new standards in the cities we work in to create meaningful, impactful buildings and spaces.

Our investment activity is focused on operations and services that support real estate development, management and placemaking. We invest to make an impact; we look to transform and improve by investing in our own projects, as well as in other areas where we see true potential to create value and add to the community holistically.

We believe wholeheartedly in the art of collaboration, so we invest in operational service businesses to help us add value to and shape the sustainability of our projects. These ventures meet and deliver all aspects of our project management and operational needs.
