The Pavilion, in all its glory, has introduced the iconic Ivy brand to Manchester. The Ivy Restaurant Group is a firm fixture on London’s dining and social scene since its foundation in 1917 and now sits proudly at the centre of Spinningfields.
The Pavilion is a four-storey, timber framed building entirely constructed from cross-laminated timber, greened and softened with landscaped ledges, trellises and cascading green frontage. The restaurant is laid out over ground, first and second floors with a roof terrace overlooking Spinningfields. In addition, the restaurant benefits from outside seating which celebrates green space in the city interlinked with footpaths and planted areas.
