20 Cannon Street was an existing six storey office building located in a prominent position in the City of London, overlooking St Paul’s Cathedral. The original building was constructed in 1959 and the brief for the project was to regenerate the existing property to give it the look and feel of a new build development.

20 Cannon Street is designed to high performance standards with an excellent BREAAM rating. It is distinguished by open, highly-serviced platforms with floor-to-floor, column-to-column glazing, creating a clean, light aesthetic. Externally, it is clad on three sides in high-performance triple-glazed panels, with the south elevation featuring an interstitial layer of expanded copper mesh to reduce glare and solar gain.
