Built in the 1960s, The Brunswick in Bloomsbury was a prominent and iconic feature within central London but by the 1990's what had once been a thriving estate had become old, tired and was largely unused. Allied London however recognised the potential for regeneration and the role a revitalised Brunswick could play in turning Bloomsbury into a new fashion and dining destination for London. The Brunswick was completed in 2006 and sold to Hermes in May 2007.
The Brunswick is an excellent example of a rejuvenation of a tired scheme...the project has delivered some 200,000 sq ft of a quality retail and catering offer set around a delightful square...
