Neil Carron MRICS joined
Allied London Properties as a Development Asset Manager
in 1998 and was made a Director
in 1999.
He is responsible for the formulation and implementation of
business plans for refurbishment and redevelopment projects
including The Brunswick in London's Bloomsbury, The Swan Centre
in Leatherhead, St Mark's Place in Newark and Christopher
Place in St Albans.
Prior to joining Allied London, Neil was an associate partner
at CB Hillier Parker, advising clients on the planning and
implementation of development projects and, in particular,
strategies for dealing with complicated or sensitive situations.
Projects included the refurbishment of the Millgate Centre
in Bury, the development of The Chimes in Uxbridge, the sale
of Tobacco Dock in Wapping on behalf of the receivers and
the selection of a partner for the strategic development in
Stratford, East London based around the Channel Tunnel Rail
Link. |
