Peter Cooper MRICS joined
Allied London Properties from Raglan in 1997 (following
Michael Ingall who had made the same move two years earlier)
to take up responsibility for Allied London's Bracknell
town centre assets together with a range of other retail
properties.
Peter is now responsible for asset management and leasing
of all of Allied London's retail properties as well as handling
retail acquisitions and disposals.
At Raglan, Peter worked on the Castle Quay shopping development
in Banbury as well as unravelling the retail elements of the
mixed LETInvest portfolio (acquired from SPP.LET), which included
stakes in shopping centres in Dundee and Edinburgh as well
as a wide range of other commercial and industrial properties.
Before joining Raglan, Peter was a senior surveyor in CB Hillier
Parker's shopping centre team with a particular involvement
in management strategy, letting and marketing. He also led
CBHP's dedicated management team responsible for the Burton
Property Trust shopping centre portfolio. |
