The Allied London team comprises a select group of highly experienced, qualified and motivated professionals each acknowledged to be a best within their own area of expertise.
Since the early 1980s, each of our directors has specialised in a particular discipline in the property market, whether management, investment, development or finance. In the last ten years, this unrivalled knowledge has enabled us to successfully deliver several innovative real estate projects that have created real sustainable value and generated significantly above average returns.
This team is supplemented by centres of excellence in architecture, engineering, construction and marketing and together we are able to deliver some of the UK's most complex inner-city development projects.
Michael Ingall
CEO
Michael Ingall has 25 years corporate and real estate development experience. Starting his career at Drivers Jonas managing various parts of the Crown Estate, he has restructured two public property companies and undertaken several major City and Town Centre mixed use developments. In September 2000 Michael led the privatisation of Allied London and, with the help of a dedicated and experienced team, created one of the UK's most successful private real estate development companies.
Michael's ability to blend vision with technical and financial skills has established Allied London as a leader and authority in the area of complex City Centre redevelopment. He is married with four children, lives in Berkshire and hisc interests include the arts and sport.
Philip Daniel
Consultant
Philip Daniel has worked variously for Montagu Evans, Daejan Properties and Artagen Properties (subsequently Sun Life) before joining Allied London over 20 years ago as Group Property Manager, becoming a Director in 1987. A fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Philip is also a keen gardener, cricket & rugby enthusiast, who enjoys skiing when the opportunity permits. He is married to wife Celia, with whom he has two children.
Graham Skinner MSc MRICS
Construction Director
Graham Skinner has 29 years experience in various construction roles since qualifying at Gleeds in 1986. He worked for the Executive of Westfield in Australia responsible for feasibility and cost/value studies. Returning to the UK he joined Amec Developments running their complex and large scale strategic projects and drove the development of residential/mixed-use schemes within Manchester's Northern Quarter as a Director of Ician. Graham is a Member of the RICS. He enjoys spending most weekends at his Lake District house with his children, water skiing and biking.
Stuart Lyell
Development Director
Stuart Lyell has worked in the development industry for 25 years across a wide range of projects including senior management appointments with Taylor Woodrow, Stanhope and Docklands Light Railway. Stuart has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Reading University. He is married with four children and enjoys soccer.
Harry Badham
Investment Director
Harry Badham had a varied career before entering the real estate sector. Prior to joining Allied London in 2003 he spent three years with Jones Lang LaSalle. Harry is a graduate of Bristol University and South Bank University and a Member of the RICS.
Freddie Graham-Watson MA FCA CTA
Finance Director
Freddie Graham-Watson has extensive experience in investment and development financings, interest rate hedging strategies and structuring property transactions including, corporate partnerships, unit trusts and other joint ventures, both on and offshore. He joined Allied London in 1990, after working at KPMG and Clayform Properties. Freddie has a law degree from Cambridge University, is a Member of the Institute of Taxation and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is married and has six children who run a lively smallholding in his garden in Sussex. He also enjoys sailing, skiing, hill walking and classical music.
Suresh Gorasia BEng ACA
Finance Manager
Suresh Gorasia joined Allied London Properties in August 2002. He is responsible for the financial management of the individual plot developments, site wide public realm and other aspects relating to Spinningfields. Suresh was Senior Financial Accountant at HSB Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of AIG. He qualified with KPMG and where went on to become Manager at KPMG Manchester and also had a secondment in New Dehli heading special projects teams.
John Ashurst
Company Secretary
John Ashurst has been Allied London Properties' Company Secretary since 2003. A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, John was previously Chief Accountant and Company Secretary of the P&O Properties Limited group. He previously held other accounting positions within the P&O group since qualifying as a chartered accountant with KPMG in 1984.
